Nikos Leandros is Professor of Economics in the Department of Communication, Media and Culture at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Vice Rector for Financial Planning and Development since October 2016. Studied Economics in London and Manchester and was awarded his Ph.D from Salford University. Ηe taught Economics at Salford University and for a number of years worked in the Economic Research Division of the Bank of Greece. Member of the Board of Directors of the Athens-Macedonian Press Agency between April 2015 – March 2018. Member of the Management Committee of European Actions COST 20 and COST A 30. Visiting Professor in a number of Universities including: Boston University, Paris 8, Istanbul Bilgi University, Izmir University of Economics, Technical University of Cyprus. His current research interests are in the fields of sustainable development, new business models and cultural and creative industries.
